Management Council (MC) – Planned Maintenance Notice

Impact Level 3 – Between 1-6 hours of potential downtime.

Date:  Tuesday, November 21, 2017

Start Time:   6:00 P.M.

End Time:   11:59 P.M.

Services affected:  All MC Hosted Services will be affected by this maintenance outage.

Description of Work: During this maintenance window, MC will be replacing core networking components and making architectural changes to our internal infrastructure. All connectivity into and out of the data center will be impacted and may be unavailable for use. Work will begin at 6:00 PM; however, no system outage is expected prior to 8:00 PM. Length of outage will be minimized, but there could be a total loss of connectivity to the data center while the network changes are made. Individual application groups may also experience other outages later in the evening as additional changes are made.

Additional maintenance windows will be scheduled to complete this work prior to the end of the year.
