Kite Design Specifications:

1. Your kite must be a maximum of   2 feet by 3 feet.
2. It must be colorful (use at least 5 different colors).
3. Your teacher must approve the materials you use.
     Examples of materials:
          1. tissue paper
          2. plastic bags
          3. dowel rods
          4. sticks from trees
          5. old sheets
          6. ribbons
          7. old ties
          8. crepe paper
          9. brown paper bags

4. Your kite must be given an original name.
5. Your kite must fly for at least 3 seconds.
