Continents and Weather WebQuest

Introduction:

The second graders study the rainforest and weather.  These  activities will cooordinate with our curriculum and enhance the learning.  We will compare and contrast the weather and the rainfall in Brazil with the weather and rainfall in Ohio. We will also print a map from the internet, and label the continents.  We will use a map with the continents  already labeled to fill in the empty map.
 

The  Task:

    *     to provide links to information about Rainforests, Weather and Continents for second grade
         students to use

    *    to compare and contrast the different types of weather

    *    to provide links to lesson plans and enhance student centered learning activities
