SUMMARY:26-27 School Year Initialization (SYI)
DESCRIPTION:These are repeat sessions that either one representative from each building or a district rep (that will do this for all buildings) MUST attend IN-PERSON. Attendance is required for each district. You only need to attend one session\, they are all the same. The SYI process\, which copies information from one school year to the next\, will be completed through the step-by-step procedures needed to be executed at each building in order to start the scheduling process for the 26-27 school year. \nDocumentation needed from the Learning Center: \nProcedural Checklists: \n\nSchool Year Initialization\nStudent Promotion\n\nOther Helpful Documents:\nFrom the SI Home page under the Document section: \n\nSchool Year Initialization Checklist\nSchool Year Initialization Examples (Note: It has not been updated yet but still a great example)\n\nThe checklist will help you with the process for the SYI session.\nAlso please bring your 26-27 school year calendar even if it is not approved.\n\nIf you are unable to attend this event, please cancel your registration by emailing baltic@tccsa.net
