Our Mission

The mission of Tri-County Computer Services Association (TCCSA) is to provide Information, Network, and Computer services to meet the diverse needs of school districts which enables them to perform their administrative and instructional responsibilities necessary to achieve student success. The Midland Council of Governments dba/Tri-County Computer Services Association is organized under Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Governance

The Midland COG is governed by representatives from each of the participating public school districts served by TCCSA. TCCSA provides a full range of technical support services to Ohio K-12 school districts in Ashland, Holmes and Wayne counties. TCCSA is recognized as one of twenty-three regional Information Technology Centers (ITC) as defined by the Ohio Department of Education.
