Risk Management Guide, Tools & Assessment Seminar

Presented to TCCSA Districts by the Ohio Cyber Reserve

Risk Management is a proactive process that will help you identify known risks and build a plan to protect your district against potential cyber attacks. In this session, the Ohio Cyber Reserve Team will take your school district through the K12 Risk Management Plan and help you build your scheme to respond to a cybersecurity threat. When the plan is verified, it will meet the NIST data security controls.

Who Should Attend
Consider the internal systems that are connected to your district network, have access to or store sensitive data or may be open to outside entities or publicly accessible. Anyone with privileged access to systems and data in your district can attend. This may include: District Technology Coordinator and Technology Staff, Superintendent, Administration, Building Principals.
