Bookmark TCCSA’s Library Portal or NOECA’s Library Portal so you can access your collection from the web and review your library policies.

Choose your district and library from the list to search or place a hold through ISearch and Fetch.

Mobile Staff
An alternative to Workflows, MobileStaff can be used to circulate items when on the go (via web or app).
Mobile Staff Web Link for use on laptops or workstations, either admin use or self-checkout use.

BLUEcloud
Circulate, Catalog, and build Course Lists for educators with BLUEcloud a cloud-based tool with a clean, modern interface. Have all the basic circulation tools when WorkFlows is not an option or ideal for a substitute to keep items circulating while you are away.

- Profiles (Eg. Staff, Patron = Faculty, Student)
- Item Groups (Eg. Easy, eBook, Equipment, Graphic Novel etc)
- Circulation Rules (Eg. 1W1R0F = 1 week, 1 renewal, 0 fines)
- Circulation Map (combination of the library, profile, item group & circulation rule)
- Compulsory Return Dates (CRD)
